I am a professional face painter DBA "Faces of Joy." I have been face painting for two years and am fully Insured by Beauty and Bodywork Insurance. Only FDA-approved, non-toxic paints are specifically designed for Face and Body art. A 50% deposit is required in advance for events and is non-refundable.

Cancellations are required 24 hours before the event.

I am a professional face painter named Communicating Joy, DBA Faces of Joy, I have been face painting for two years, Fully Insured by Beauty and BodyWork Insurance. Only FDA-approved, non-toxic paints are specifically designed for Face and Body art. A 50% deposit is required in advance for events and is nonrefundable. The client agrees to pay the full amount agreed upon i(n writing) once the artist has arrived at the event location.

I accept cash, cashier checks, personal checks, credit cards, or credit cards for an additional 3% processing fee., cash app, and Stripe. Tips jars will be at all events.

Checks made out to "Communicating Joy"
If the event must be canceled due to inclement weather, it must be rescheduled within the next two weeks. Painter reserves the right to discontinue services if anyone becomes unruly or uses vulgar words.
Services to be provided: painting all guest and staff members at the event during hours of arriving 30 minutes prior to set up 5-8, after 8 is clean up

Travel fees apply when the event is more than 20 miles from Mishawaka

The client will reimburse the artist for any parking fees, which must be paid after the service date.

A Deposit/Booking Fee, confirmed with a proposal is required to reserve your date.
Of which 50% of the deposit is nonrefundable

The client agrees to pay the full amount contracted once the artist(s) have arrived at the event location.

The client will pay for the time booked plus any time run over.

The artist requires access to bathroom facilities, and a minimum of 10 x 10 space to work.

Please ensure that the location has adequate lighting but we can bring lights if necessary – please let us know.

Artists are not able to paint outdoors when the temperature is below 50 degrees.
